Saco Bay PT is seeking an outpatient Physical Therapist/Center Manager (Oncology, Ortho) in Westbrook, ME

Come help lead and grow our multidisciplinary oncology rehabilitation program! With a local oncology medical group onsite, enjoy the ability to work in collaboration with premier medical oncologists, advanced practice providers, nurses and more. Caseload 10% Ortho, 90% ReVital/cancer rehab. Ideal candidates will have a passion for cancer rehabilitation; experience in cancer rehab, outpatient ortho, and lymphedema management/certification preferred. Leadership/management experience a plus. Opportunity is available as a Center Manager or staff position.

Our ReVital team provides the necessary education and training for therapists invested in treating our diverse patient population, which must be completed within the first 6-12 months of employment. Schedule: Monday-Friday, 2-3 early start days (7 am-8 am), 2-3 days of evening finishes (6-6:30 pm), 4 day work week available (10 hour shifts)

Compensation: Salary up to $100k/year based on experience

• Understand appropriate state practice acts and adhere to the laws which govern how physical therapists may practice and whom physical therapists may supervise.
• Complete and maintain all corporate & clinical services required training and maintain compliance with state/local/federal regulations.
• Evaluate, treat, and direct treatment for patients for whom physical therapy is medically necessary and document this need clearly.
• Maintain open and respectful communication with co-workers, physicians, patients, family members, and third-party payors at all times.
• Attend and/or participate in facility meetings as directed by the center manager.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Successful completion of those educational requirements as mandated for state licensure or eligibility for a license in Physical Therapy
• Current State licensure or eligibility for licensure in the State of practice
• Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification required
• Ability to work 40 hours per week with occasional late or early shifts to accommodate patients

Preferred Qualifications:

• Cancer rehabilitation interest/experience
• Outpatient experience
• Lymphedema certification/experience
• Leadership/management experience
