Description :
Saco Valley Credit Union , a 2024 Best Place to Work in ME, seeks to add a new team member to our Member Services team. This Full-Time Member Services Representative II will be based out of our Waterboro branch to assist in day-to-day branch operations. This position is a full-time hourly position.
The ideal candidate for this position will exercise good judgment in various situations, use superb communication, administrative, and organizational skills, and balance multiple competing priorities. This position develops and maintains relationships with our members and requires professionalism, flexibility, initiative, and great teamwork.
Requirements :
- Receive and process member financial transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments.
- Ensure daily work balances at the end of each day and resolve any balancing issues.
- Assist members with opening and closing accounts.
- Maintain knowledge of credit union products and services.
- Ability and willingness to offer products and services for exceptional member service.
- Assist members with online and mobile banking platforms.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Some Saturday morning hours are required (premium pay).
