Sacopee Valley Health Center is a multi-service, progressive, rural Federally Qualified Community Health Center located in a designated medically under-served area. Services on-site include integrated primary care, dental services, family planning, behavioral health counseling, psychiatry, podiatry, social services, care management, radiology and lab services. We utilize NextGen EHR. We are proud to maintain NCQA certification as a Level III Patient-Centered Medical Home. This Call Center position has a full-time opening. Please join our growing Patient Support Team in providing quality service to our patients. Our Call Center Patient Support Specialists open and close the health center phones as assigned; schedules patients for appointments, calls and confirms appointments, answers and processes incoming telephone calls.
Responsible, compassionate team member needed to join our staff. Must be reliable, computer literate requiring high level of accuracy for data access, entry and retrieval; excellent customer service skills required.
Partially remote work potential after training.
High school diploma or equivalency required. Experience in a medical office or with medical terminology preferred.

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
