Key Responsibility Areas:
- Drive revenue by selling our full portfolio of ticket products including season ticket memberships, premium courtside and club agreements, group experiences, nightly suite rentals, and ticket plans
- Leverage cutting-edge Sales 3.0 technology (OneMob, Chorus, Clearslide, Dialpad) to create meaningful prospect engagement daily
- Maintain a disciplined focus on prospecting, appointment setting, delivering compelling sales presentations, and closing sales
- Build lasting relationships with clients through creative engagement including in-game meetings, networking events, off-site visits, prospect lunches, arena tours, and virtual meetings
- Deliver exceptional, personalized customer service to all current and prospective clients
- Provide accurate, detailed updates on pipeline health, meeting outcomes, prospecting activities, and overall sales performance during regular meetings with the Director of Membership Sales
- Demonstrate both a team-first mindset and the competitive drive to excel individually

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in sports management, business administration, communications, or related field
- Proven track record of top 10% performance with 2 years of successful sales experience
- Commitment to supporting and championing diversity and inclusion in the workplace
- Self-motivated professional with a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and dedication to teamwork

Compensation:
The annual base salary for this hourly professional role is $38,000 - $40,000 plus competitive bonus and commission earning potential. Final offers for this role will be made within the parameters of the salary range provided. Years of experience, skills, and other factors are considered when determining the salary offered.
