Individual compensation for this position will be determined at the organization's discretion and the wage range for this role considers multiple factors including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the salary range and compensation decisions are determined thoughtfully in each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $97,904-$132,458 annually.
Duties & Responsibilities :
- Provide Assessment, Diagnosis, treatment planning and treatment interventions (including individual, group therapy) for children ages 5-18, adults and families systems who are managing mental illness.
- Prepare and maintain all required treatment records and reports, including but not limited to intake, biopsychosocial assessment, treatment plan, treatment summaries, discharge summaries, data collection forms, and billing forms
- Input progress notes and information related to patient treatment using an electronic patient management / health record system.
- Act as client advocate and provide case management referral and assistance to coordinate required services or to resolve crisis situations.
- Collaborate with other providers in a multi-disciplinary approach to perform clinical assessments and assist in implementing treatment plans.
- Participate constructively in Quality Assurance / Quality Improvement (QA / QI) activities within the Department, such as peer review, case conferencing, clinical benchmarking, and QI studies.
- Conduct crisis intervention and emotional stabilization for clients seen in other departments as needed.
- Compliance with all state and federal laws and regulations, as they pertain to position including; HIPAA, sexual harassment, Scope of Practice, OSHA etc.
- Other duties as assigned.
