What are the responsibilities and job description for the Academy Administration Coodinator position at Sacramento Republic FC?
Role Summary:
The Academy Manager is responsible for leading and executing Republic FC Academy administration, logistics, and operations. The position will work very closely with the Academy Director and Academy Technical Staff. This position requires a strong work ethic, executing tasks effectively in a timely manner, the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, and possess exceptional communication and time management skills. This position will require regional and overnight travel and time commitments that include evenings and weekends throughout the course of the season
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Provide effective communication to Academy families.
2. Maintain an accurate and secure player and parent database.
3. Oversee player registration process.
4. Identify and secure facilities while managing the scheduling.
5. Work and supervise all home game-day operations.
6. Coordinate travel and logistics for away events, including, transportation, lodging and meals.
7. Manage and track of the Academy budget.
8. Ensure invoices are approved and paid according.
9. Organize, administer, and operate Republic FC Academy tryouts and/or identification events.
10. Order, process, and distribute all equipment and apparel needs for players and staff.
11. Provide support with identification of potential Host Families.

4. A minimum education level of: Bachelor of Arts/Sciences Degree (4-year) Area of Study:

7. Demonstrated ability to communicate
8. Demonstrated ability to give presentations
9. Coachable and eager to learn every day.
10. Highly motivated and goal oriented to build a long-term career in the sports business.
11. Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
12. Knowledge of League Player registration process.
13. Knowledge of Player Housing rules and monitoring.
14. Knowledge of youth athletes compliance rules and regulations.
15. Must have at least 2 years of experience

Compensation: Exempt Full-Time $68,640.00 - $70,000.00/ Annually
