What are the responsibilities and job description for the Ticket Office Agent position at Sacramento River Cats Baseball Club?
Supervisory Responsibilities:
None.
- Smile, greet and interact with guests who visit the ticket office.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to our fans.
- Proficiency in operating complex computerized ticketing systems.
- Assist in diagnosing and resolving ticketing issues.
- Must be able to respond to guests’ questions regarding upcoming-ticketed events.
- Comply with cash handling practices and procedures, per Company policy.
- Responsible for timely and accurate completion of paperwork and other administrative responsibilities.
- Ability to interact with co-workers in order to assure compliance with company service standards, company inventory and cash control procedures.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Trustworthiness and the ability to act with integrity.
- Thorough understanding of customer service.
- Must be comfortable interacting with the public in high-pressure situations.
- High energy, detailed orientated, and a self-starter.
- Ability to process and balance cash transactions.
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Previous experience working directly with the public is preferred.
- Prior experience in a high-volume/fast-paced environment is preferred.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
- May need to stand for long periods of time.
