Position Overview:
The Facilities Administrator is the central hub for office services and stadium operations at Sutter Health Park. This role requires exceptional organizational skills and a proactive approach to handling administrative tasks with a sense of urgency. The ideal candidate will maintain efficient operations while providing administrative support across departments for both regular office functions and game day activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Office and Facility Support
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries, ensuring timely distribution throughout the stadium with a strong sense of urgency
- Maintain office supply inventory for front office operations and place orders as needed
- Coordinate facility maintenance requests for both the office and public areas of the stadium
- Manage office equipment (printers, copiers, etc.) and troubleshoot basic issues
- Support reception duties and front office communication as needed
Game Day Operations
- Distribute and track parking passes for staff, VIPs, and vendors on game days
- Maintain and stock staff break rooms and common areas
- Assist with setting up and coordinating special game day needs (credential distribution, staff check-ins, etc.)
- Serve as a point of contact for urgent facility issues during events
- Support game day staff with administrative needs and supply distribution
Administrative Support
- Assist the VP of Stadium Operations with calendar management and correspondence
- Prepare and distribute internal communications related to stadium operations
- Maintain organized filing systems for documents and records
- Coordinate meeting logistics for operations staff
- Assist with special projects and stadium events as assigned
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree preferred
- 3 years of experience in office administration, facilities management, or sports venue operations
- Experience in a sports/entertainment venue setting preferred
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and move throughout the facility
- Professional demeanor and strong communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays during baseball season
Compensation: This is a full-time, non-exempt position with an expected annual salary of $50,000 - $55,000. Final offers for this role will be made within the parameters of the salary range provided. Years of experience, skills, and other factors are considered when determining the salary offered. Total compensation & offer package will include the following:
