Responsibilities
- Use your expertise and diagnostic tools to evaluate machine malfunctions.
- To write a diagnostic estimate correctly with all relevant information and correct parts with correct pricing
- Assist with established procedures for tracking repair status, maintaining technical documentation, and other necessary protocols
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple Project simultaneously.
- Carry out routine machine maintenance tasks such as, oil changes, cleaning and part replacements.
- Conduct in-depth machine inspections of all systems, including engine, and sprayer guns.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and repeat business
- Convey necessary machine repair information to customers in a clear and concise manner
- Keep the shop clean and organized.
- Strong attention to detail and organization skills while working.
- High school diploma or GED is preferred
- Automotive service technician training program is preferred
- Strong customer service and communications skills are required
