Customer Care Coordinator

Join our team in Rancho Cordova at Renewal by Andersen of Sacramento! We're hiring a Customer Care Coordinator who will be responsible for establishing unique relationships with clients to ensure their window and door replacement project goes smoothly and efficiently. This role requires a large focus on strong communication and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Provide Signature Service by being the primary point of contact for the homeowner.
• Create homeowner's job file, upload and log information into the correct business platforms.
• Schedule homeowner's technical measure and installation date.
• Clarify, diagnose, and correctly route customer issues to the appropriate associate or department.
• Maintain organization in a fast-paced environment, while providing calm customer interactions.
• Organize shared email accounts, spreadsheets, and calendars.
• Follow established Renewal processes, making recommendations for process improvement.
• Assist with general project organization in Operations and Production, and complete additional tasks assigned by Managers.
• Perform any other related, unrelated, unassigned, unspecified, out of the ordinary or special duties that may be assigned.

• High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 1 years of past customer service experience.
• 1 years of data entry experience.
• Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, and SharePoint database experience.
• Strong written, organizational, and verbal communication skills.
