To Be Determined with the availability of 8:00 am – 6:00 pm Monday through Friday. Typically, four 10- hour shifts per week. Evening and weekend work may be required depending on position requirements.

Yes – Quality Assurance Healthcare Coordinator, Quality Assurance Data Specialist, Quality Improvement Coordinator, and Policy Coordinator.
The successful candidate:
- Oversees the activities associated with the implementation and compliance with accreditation standards requirements; OSHA, HIPAA, CLIA, AAAHC, and other regulatory or accreditation agencies.
- Oversees regular audits of clinical documentation, patient records and care delivery processes to identify potential quality issues and non-compliance with standards.
- Oversees the process that ensures all company procedures and policies are read, followed and documented through system audits.
- Analyzes healthcare data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement; generate reports and present findings to leadership teams.
- Oversee the development and implementation of quality improvement plans by the Quality Improvement Coordinator.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to patient care quality, such as infection rates, medication errors, and patient satisfaction scores.
- Develop and oversee delivery of training programs for healthcare staff on quality improvement methodologies, policies and procedures, quality assurance, compliance, and other training as needed.
- Work closely with different departments within Sacred Circle Healthcare (SCHC) to identify and address quality concerns, including clinical teams, providers, and administrative leadership.
- Reviews the work and documents prepared within the department.
- Prepares quality reports for the Board.
- Works with Department Heads to implement quality projects.
- Oversee document creation, review, tracking, and offer guidance to stakeholders. Presents documents to review committees for revision, review and approval.
- Responsible for validating any changes or updates to quality programs and policies.
- Complete special projects or initiatives as assigned by the Compliance Officer.
- Oversees day-to-day operations of the Quality Program, including the design, development, and oversight of quality monitoring activities.
- Provides continuous improvement consulting services to staff, employs knowledge of performance improvement strategies, principles, methodology techniques, and data analysis.
- Oversees the development of quality improvement projects to include data tracking and trending, charts, spreadsheets and reporting.
- Attends required meetings and leads committees as requested.
- Participates in professional development activities and maintains professional affiliations.
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with government regulators, families, other area health care providers, physicians, and the community.
- Practice and adhere to the “Code of Conduct” philosophy and “Mission and Value Statement.”
- Performs related work as required and all other duties as necessary or assigned.
- Maintains high ethical standards and compliance with standards, rules and regulations.
Bachelor’s Degree in the healthcare field, ie. MT, CLS, RN, BSN
EXPERIENCE:
Five (5) experience in a physician practice or hospital. Proficient with spreadsheets and data collection. Experience with inspection agencies and developing policies and procedures. Five plus (5 ) years in quality management

MHA or MBA.

- Ability to perform audits.
- Knowledge of the Microsoft Suite software, including proficiency in Excel spreadsheets.
