Teacher (3/4 blend)

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate catholic teacher to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a positive learning environment that fosters student engagement and academic success. This role requires a commitment to nurturing students' intellectual, spiritual and social development while implementing effective teaching strategies aligned with curriculum standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement lesson plans that meet the diverse needs of students.

• Assess and evaluate student progress through various methods, providing constructive feedback.
• Maintain open communication with students, parents, and colleagues regarding academic performance and behavior.

• Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with educational trends and best practices.
• Uphold school policies and procedures while fostering a safe and respectful learning atmosphere.

Experience

• A degree from a recognized university is required; additional certifications in education are preferred.
• Previous teaching experience in a classroom setting is advantageous but not mandatory for all candidates.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for effective interaction with students, parents, and staff.
• A passion for education and a commitment to student success are crucial for this role.
