Responsibilities:
- Take the lead in performing daily maintenance tasks
- Knowledge and experience in plumbing, electrical a must.
- Coordinate and prioritize maintenance projects to ensure timely completion
- Knowledge an experience with landscaping and snow removal
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime
- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and address them promptly
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders and equipment history
- Custodial duties as needed
- Experience stripping and waxing floors
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance or related field
- Some electrical and plumbing knowledge a must
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide
- Proficient in reading blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues
- Familiarity with safety regulations and procedures in a maintenance environment
