What are the responsibilities and job description for the Finance Assistant/Database Coordinator position at Sacred Heart Church?
St Vincent de Paul Parish along with Sacred Heart School in Sedalia is currently seeking a Finance Assistant/Database Coordinator. This person should be proficient in the QuickBooks accounting system and/or similar accounting system as to assist with accounts payable, cash management, and other accounting duties. In addition, the ideal candidate would also be proficient in the Microsoft and Google suite of programs as well as Blackbaud/Raiser’s Edge or similar program as this position will need to be the lead in tracking weekly offerings and donations, and send out the appropriate documentation to all our parishioners, alumni and donors. This person should be detail oriented, have problem solving and great communications skills.
