Position will be primarily Mon-Thursday mornings. Will assist other strength and conditioning coaches for youth performance training. Hours may vary depending on location placement. Will discuss more in the interview.

A Brief Overview
Safely and effectively implements Avera Sports strength and conditioning programming locally and at regional sites to youth and adult athletes.
What you will do
- Assists in facilitating day to day site operations and implementation of Avera Sports Strength and Conditioning programming.
- Works closely with Strength and Conditioning Lead to determine daily program implementation role.
- Develops and maintains interpersonal relationships with individual participants in regional communities where we operate services.
- Participates in Strength and Conditioning program team meetings, in-services and education.
- Promotes a positive image of the Strength and Conditioning program in the community/region.
- Takes care to properly maintain Avera, school and city facilities utilized for our programming in various communities as established through service agreements.

Preferred Education, License/Certification, or Work Experience:
- High School or GED Equivalent
