Key responsibilities may include:
Curriculum development:
Creating and implementing lesson plans aligned with early childhood education standards, incorporating diverse learning activities across developmental areas like cognitive, social, emotional, and physical.
Classroom management:
Maintaining a positive and structured learning environment, managing student behavior, and ensuring children's safety.
Instructional delivery:
Leading small and large group activities, providing individualized support to children based on their needs, and incorporating developmentally appropriate practices.
Staff supervision:

Required qualifications:
