What are the responsibilities and job description for the Administrative Assistant position at Sacred Hearts School?
School Administrative Assistant works under the direction of the school principal. They coordinate, organize, oversee and perform everyday clerical and administrative duties associated with school operations. Additionally, they provide secretarial assistance to the principal and are a liaison between the students, staff, and parents. They must have strong technology skills and school office practices in order to perform their duties to the best degree possible. Candidates will also assist with some event planning for school related events/functions.
Candidates must have strong interpersonal and communication skills. Interest in working in a fast paced environment. Candidates must also be comfortable working with and assisting children.
Position will be daily throughout the school year and have some flexible summer hours.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour
