Employee Screening & Compliance Specialist Position
Hybrid- Mon to Thurs onsite in the office, Friday work from home.
Summary:
In a team format, primarily working with the project team auditing and digitizing paper I-9s.
- Sort paper I-9s according to updated reports.
- Scan paper I-9 to PDF format files.
- Work with PDF files to aggregate into a large document.
Experience: 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in a Human Resources / People coordinator or similar role conducting tasks involving the maintenance of confidential employee data, pre-employment screening, decision making from a template or guide, and the application of interpersonal and communications skills with coworkers and others.
Other Knowledge, Skills or Abilities
Required: Advanced level computer skills with mid-level skills in MS Outlook, MS Teams, MS Word, and MS Excel
