Proposals & Bids: Develop and deliver competitive bids and proposals tailored to client needs. Closing Sales: Secure contracts and agreements, ensuring all terms are clearly defined. Follow-up & Retention: Maintain consistent communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify upsell opportunities. Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, electricians, and leadership to ensure smooth project delivery. Sales Reporting: Track and report sales performance, pipelines, and client feedback. --- Qualifications: Experience: Proven sales experience, preferably in electrical contracting, construction, or a related industry. Knowledge of Services: Familiarity with residential, commercial, industrial, and service electrical work is a plus. Communication Skills: Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Driven & Results-Oriented: Self-motivated with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in CRM tools, sales tracking software, and Google Sheets and Docs.
