Hours : Monday- Friday 8 : 00AM-5 : 00PM
What does a day in the life of an Analyst look like?
Our System Analysts provide support for all information systems, applications, and technologies for Saddle Creek associates within a thriving warehouse, start-up location, campus or region. Whether it is an established or up and coming location the projects are always evolving or expanding. Do or don't have intelligent software experience? We got you!
Our integration team serves as the entry point for nearly every client into Saddle Creek's systems, so attention to detail is paramount! As a rapidly growing company, the needs to grow in a sustainable manner is key! The candidate will have the ability to recognize problems, provide daily support and solutions for all of Data Integration's systems-based solutions, as well as be involved with some development on small to medium sized projects and be able to work in a team-oriented manner. Finally, the right candidate will need to perform as an effective contributor in a team-oriented environment and accomplishes desired results with a high degree of quality.
Primary Responsibilities
- Monitor and support current EDI environment
- Maintain and enhance existing integration processes
- Communicate with internal and external customers to support integration processes in accordance with established best practices.
- Write SQL queries to insert and extract data to / from various systems
- Document and publish any support processes as they are developed and enhanced
- Deliver systems integrations and means of interface among divergent and / or competing systems
- Effectively communicate project status including foreseen obstacles and possible limitations
- Participate in process improvements by providing innovative ideas to increase customer service, enhance accuracy, and elevate productivity
- Responsible for playing a key role in interacting with other enterprise systems to drive design and develop system improvements
- Must bring culture enhancement, contribution, or compliment to the workplace
- A passion for providing excellent customer service
