**Overview:** We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Groundskeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the grounds of our property, ensuring it is clean, well-manicured, and safe for visitors. This role is critical to our organization's overall appearance and requires a strong work ethic, physical stamina, and a passion for landscaping. **Duties:** - Perform various groundskeeping tasks, including lawn care, garden maintenance, and landscape maintenance. - Utilize hand tools and power tools to maintain the property's appearance and functionality. - Ensure all grounds are properly irrigated and watered. - Maintain the grounds' cleanliness and safety by removing debris, trimming trees and shrubs, and fixing broken equipment. - Operate and maintain various landscape maintenance equipment. - Monitor and control weeds and pests on the property. - Collaborate with other team members to achieve a high level of property maintenance. **Skills:** - Proven experience in groundskeeping and landscape maintenance. - Strong knowledge of gardening and lawn care practices. - Proficiency with hand tools and power tools. - Experience with irrigation systems and water conservation practices. - Familiarity with lawn care and landscape maintenance equipment. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Physical stamina to perform physically demanding tasks. - Attention to detail to ensure the property is well-manicured and safe for visitors. - Ability to work in varying weather conditions and adapt to changing weather patterns. - Strong organizational and time management skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
