What are the responsibilities and job description for the Lighting Manager position at Saddleback Church?
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Operational Focus :
- Primary Operator of lighting systems for events in the Worship Center and other production-heavy venues at the Lake Forest Campus.
- Support weekly mid-week events and system maintenance as directed by Production Director.
- Serve as project lead for set builds.
- Serve as campus shift leader as assigned. Oversee daily project setups and event management to ensure consistency and high levels of customer service.
- LED wall and Resolume Areana management / operation (Video Content Coordinator / Editor).

Saddleback Church's pay philosophy is based on internal and external data for pay equity and budgetary considerations for effective stewardship. The minimum pay for this position is expected to be $66,560-$70,000 per year. A wage posted does not guarantee a specific salary for a job offer.
