- Ensure the student ministry program is offered on the weekend. This includes program preparation, setting up and tearing down the rooms used, and staffing requirements.
- For Jr. High and High School students, provide connection time, worship time, prepare and deliver a message, create avenues for guests to attend, and assimilate students to take the next steps in their spiritual journey toward maturity. Build teams, student leaders, and adult leaders to help with the development and execution of the weekend experience.

Saddleback Church’s pay philosophy is based on internal and external data for pay equity and budgetary considerations for effective stewardship. The estimated pay rate for this position is $25.00-$26.00 per hour. We will provide a pay rate within our salary structure that fits a candidate’s qualifications and experience for the job.
