ICU RN

Facility allows locals at the LOCAL RATE - Please let us know at time of submission if candidate is within 50 miles of the facility

Start date : TBD

Shift : 3x12 hr nights (1900-0730)

First-timers accepted : Yes

Years of experience REQ : 2 years (2 years non travel required as staff at previous facility)

Floating REQ : Take like patients on other units, ED holding

Weekend req : at a minimum of 4 weekend shifts per 4 week schedule

Documentation System : EPIC

Job Requirements

ACLS, BLS, NIH Stroke Certification required

2 years of experience required

Must work 2 of the 3 major holidays

Schedule Information

Unit Specific Information

Additional Details

Government issued Photo ID required

Emergency Contact Form required

AHA ONLY! AHA Provider, Instructor, and RQI acceptable for ACLS and BLS

Physical Exam required within 1 year of start

Fit mask required within 1 year from the start date
