What are the responsibilities and job description for the Campus Experience Coordinator (Temporary) - San Diego position at Saddleback?
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Coordinate weekend “First Impression” ministry teams in support of campus church services and events.
- Manage and work with current ministry teams to ensure they are supported for Sunday morning services and events.
- Help teams coordinate inventory and supply logistics for campus and church.
- Participate in monthly leadership meetings to build up current team leaders and develop new ones.
- Be present from set up through tear down.
Leadership recruitment and oversight of ministry leaders, volunteers, and teams.
- Recruit and meet with people to find the right team for them, meet with leaders to help them develop their leadership skills in developing people and duplicating systems to achieve results.
Event Coordination and Leadership
- To assist the Campus Pastor and/or campus staff on partnering with volunteers on special events/logistics and coordination.
- Plan and execute logistical plans for effective on-campus and off-campus special events.

Saddleback Church’s pay philosophy is based on internal and external data for pay equity and budgetary considerations for effective stewardship. The estimated pay rate for this position is $21.00-$24.00 per hour, depending on experience. We will provide a pay rate within our salary structure that fits a candidate’s qualifications and experience for the job. The posted wage range does not guarantee a specific job offer.
