What are the responsibilities and job description for the Courtesy Patrol position at SADDLEBROOK APARTMENTS?
Call at 254-412-4062We are looking to hire additional courtesy patrol people for our team! You will be monitoring the complex and responding to any violation of policy. Monitoring area as well as foot patrol several times per evening throughout the property.. responding toresident phone calls about noise complaints, suspicious individuals, vehicles that need to be towed & walking residents from their vehicles in the complex to their apartment. This is purely a courtesy role and if there is a crime occurring you'll need to contact the authorities to address it! Every evening you will need to keep a log of what took place at each hour of your shift for our records! ,
Must be reliable responsible and on time. Must have at least three years experience as a courtesy officer or security officer. There are two courtesy officers. Great bonuses based on how well the property does they range from $250-$1500 per month based on how well the property does and your contribution to our success. We have no problem giving raises if you turn out to be a super man! Someone who gives His all and the residents let us know they appreciate your work.

Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Weekends as needed
