Job Description

Description : Part-time position

Event Setup is responsible for :

Preparing meeting rooms and spaces for events including social gatherings, lectures, and meetings.

Setting up the meeting room, arranging tables and chairs, equipment, and refreshments to specific requirements / requests.

Ensuring that member and guest needs are met throughout the event, including additional refreshments, adjusting lighting, and climate control.

Clean-up and set-up of the room for the next event.

Assisting with Banquets and other functions.

Requirements :

Must have excellent customer service skills.

Must have some technical ability.

Must be able to follow directions.

Must be able to move furniture.
