This position is responsible for providing members and guests with quality beverage service by ensuring that all guests are served promptly and efficiently. Primary duties may include: taking beverage orders, preparing drinks, handling monetary transactions, and maintaining workstations. Fulfilling all drink orders/tickets in a timely manner for guests in the dining room. Maintain professional boundaries with all members and guests. Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Working knowledge of current bartending techniques
- Bartending certification preferred
- Required Education/certification/ specialized training?
- Must have TIPS alcohol training
- Health Department Certification
- Must be 19 years of age to meet Arizona Liquor Law.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Experience with point of sale and/or other computerized order taking, preferred.
- Ability to remain calm under stressful situations.
