Description
The custodian is responsible for:
- Cleaning tasks in our buildings around the community.
Tasks may include:
- Dusting and polishing furniture, equipment, mirrors, and fixtures.
- Washing windows and counters, walls, ceilings, and woodwork.
- Sweeping, scrubbing, and waxing floors.
- Cleaning and vacuuming drapes, furniture, and carpeting.
- Re-stocking restroom facilities
- Trash collection/emptying and
- Other general housekeeping duties, as assigned.

Requirements
- Must have a valid AZ Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
- Have good attention to detail.
- Some experience would be helpful, but not required.
