Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized, reliable, and efficient Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support in both office and ranch-related tasks in Brock, Texas. The ideal candidate will assist with both in-office administrative duties and various ranch tasks to help streamline daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Office Administration:
Manage and maintain schedules, appointments, and meetings for the employer.
Organize and maintain office files and documents, both physical and digital.
Handle day-to-day correspondence, including phone calls, emails, and other communications.
Assist with preparing reports, presentations, and other documentation as needed.
Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for business trips.
Manage office supplies and equipment, ensuring that everything is well-stocked and in working order.
Ranch Support:
Assist with general ranch operations, including maintaining ranch equipment and facilities.
Help coordinate tasks such as feeding animals, managing schedules for ranch workers, and ensuring that maintenance tasks are completed.
Organize supplies and materials for ranch projects.
Assist in the planning and coordination of events or gatherings at the ranch.
Run errands related to the ranch, including purchasing supplies or coordinating with vendors.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Ability to work independently and take initiative to get things done.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
