Expo Key Responsibilities
- Focus on expoing , ensuring that dishes are prepared and plated correctly before leaving the kitchen.
- Communicate effectively between the kitchen and service team to guarantee seamless coordination.
- Run food to tables promptly, ensuring accuracy and proper presentation.
- Clear tables and reset them quickly to maintain a clean and organized dining area.
- Assist with polishing silverware, glassware, and dishware during downtime to uphold service standards.
- Maintain a clean and presentable work environment, including the expo station.
- Communicate guest needs or special requests to the appropriate team members promptly and efficiently.
- Exhibit a positive and professional demeanor during service, contributing to a welcoming atmosphere for guests and teammates.
- Be safety-conscious, promoting a secure environment for guests and staff alike.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures.
