What You will Do:
- As our Clinical Trainer you will lead engaging new-hire orientation and clinical training for Licensed Practical Nurses and Medical Assistants.
- Facilitate hands-on competency validation, risk management education, and continuing education programs.
- Provide comprehensive training on clinical procedures, including EKG, Spirometry, Holter Monitors, and CLIA Waived Lab Procedures.
- Collaborate with the Training Coordinator to develop and update user-friendly EMR training materials.
- Design tip sheets and incorporate quality improvements into training programs.
- Oversee the Medical Assistant (MA) Training Program, including supervising trainees and coordinating program reporting.
- As our Clinical Trainer you will serve as a role model, incorporating evidence-based practices into everyday clinical activities.
- Participate in direct patient care as needed and actively contribute to the medical support leadership team.
What We are Looking For:
- Education: Graduate of an accredited LPN program (associate's degree in nursing).
- Experience: At least 2 years of full-time LPN experience (preferably in FQHCs, urgent care, or high-volume settings).
- Skills: Exceptional communication, leadership, and organizational skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and electronic health records.
- Credentials: Active LPN license in Pennsylvania and Basic Life Support (CPR/AED) certification.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with underserved, low-income, or multi-ethnic populations.
- Certification or training in delivery nursing education.
- Bilingual skills.

We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package, including a generous PTO benefit! The pay range for this role is $26-30 per hour.
