Sadler Health Center is recruiting for a full-time Front Office Supervisor to join our team.
As a Front Office Supervisor, you will support our Mission to advance the health of our community. Sadler provides comprehensive primary care, including medical, dental, behavioral health, vision, express care, medication-assisted treatments and case management services to our patients and neighbors in Cumberland and Perry County!

As a Front Office Supervisor, you provide leadership to our Front Office staff at our West Shore location.
You will ensure that your team perform their duties in a professional, accurate, and timely manner.
You will serve as a key communicator between staff and our operations leadership, demonstrating ownership and accountability. You will oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring timely and professional service to patients. You must be able to work a flexible schedule to support our patient facing staff. The ideal candidate has strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering high-quality care and service to patients.
This is an onsite role is based out of Mechanicsburg however you will need to travel between our administrative office in Carlisle and clinic locations in Loysville, PA, Carlisle, PA and Mechanicsburg, PA as needed basis.
To be successful in this role you will need at minimum two years of direct supervisory experience in administration at a medical or healthcare organization with knowledge of clinical flows and an associate's degree in business/management/nursing/health care administration with a Bachelors preferred.
The pay range for this role is between $26-28 per hour. We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package, including a generous PTO benefit!
