Job Description:
We are looking to grow our Commercial Inside Sales team! As a Commercial Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales by identifying, qualifying, and developing new commercial business opportunities through inbound and outbound sales calls.
We are looking for someone who is a self-starter who is motivated by achieving sales targets and solving problems. Our ideal candidate is a team player and quick learner who can adapt to sales call and processes. This role involves excellent communication skills that involve active listening, asking probing questions, and articulating the value proposition of our pest control services. Thi si an in office position only!*

We provide individualized training and 1:1's with department leaders to best help employees continue growing in their role and provide them with opportunities for future advancements.
What to Expect:
A typical day will include a minimum of 50 outbound calls per day and managing the sales pipeline from prospecting to close, ensuring that all leads are properly tracked and followed up on in a timely manner. You will build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process and beyond while also collaborating with other teams, such as retention and customer service, to ensure a cohesive customer experience. In this role, you will have weekly and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Qualifications:

1-2 years of experience in Inside Sales (required)
- Pest Control sales experience (preferred)
- Knowledge of FieldRoutes and HubSpot is a bonus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (required).
- Ability to work well independently and as a part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other tools
