Job Description
As a Payroll Administrator, you will oversee the company's payroll processing and related functions. You will be responsible for pulling various reports on multiple platforms to gather employee hours, commissions, bonuses, and time taken off. You will calculate wages, prepare payroll upload forms, and process payroll multiple times throughout the month. You will also ensure we stay compliant with all federal, state, and local laws with employee compensation and payroll filing.
This is an in-office position at our Corporate building located in Orem, UT.

Primary Responsibilities
- - Ensure accurate recording and timely processing of the company's payroll for over 500 employees between multiple entities
- - Prepare and process final pay calculations in accordance with state laws
- - Input, update, and process sensitive employee payroll information requiring absolute confidentiality and professionalism
- - Create and deliver timely financial reports
- - Keep internal systems up to date with employee information and tax elections
- - Ensure compliance with all federal and state laws and regulating authorities
- - Provide timely and accurate financial reconciliations
- - Understand and ensure compliance with payroll taxation, garnishments, and other pay benefits
- - Address and resolve employee questions related to pay promptly and professionally
- - Manage and audit W-2s and 1099s to ensure accuracy at year-end
- - Assist with ad-hoc payroll project
Qualifications
- Payroll experience (required)
- Experience with HRIS (preferred)
- Proficient with Excel and using formulas
- Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
- Ability to take ownership of assigned tasks and execute them with accuracy
- Ability to effectively work and communicate with others.
