CNC Maintenance Technician
$30.00 to $35.00 per hour
Our state of the art machine shop is seeking a skilled CNC Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in machine repair of vertical and horizontal mill and lathes.
CNC Maintenance Technician Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and repair on CNC machines to ensure optimal performance
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with machines
- Repair and replace defective parts as needed
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repairs
- Collaborate with production team to ensure minimal downtime and maximum efficiency
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in CNC machine maintenance and repair
- Experience in repairing vertical and horizontal mill and lathes
- Strong mechanical and electrical skills
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Robotic experience is a plus
