Our company is seeking a Manufacturing Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe work environment for our employees. The Manufacturing Housekeeper will be responsible for cleaning out CNC machines, cleaning the floors, and performing basic manufacturing housekeeping duties.
Responsibilities :
- Clean out CNC machines to ensure they are free of debris and ready for the next use
- Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors to maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Perform basic manufacturing housekeeping duties such as wiping down surfaces, emptying trash cans, and organizing work areas
- Follow all safety procedures and guidelines to ensure a safe work environment for all employees
- Report any maintenance or safety issues to the appropriate personnel
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in manufacturing housekeeping or a related field preferred
- Ability to operate cleaning equipment such as vacuums, floor scrubbers, and pressure washers
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication skills and ability to report issues to the appropriate personnel
