Essential Functions
- Meet with potential clients and grow long-lasting relationships that address their needs
- Design and implement a strategic sales plan that expands the company's customer base and ensure its strong presence
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
- Research consumer needs and identify how our solutions address them
- Achieve company objectives by planning thoroughly, setting sales goals, analyzing performance data, and making forecasts
- Generate leads, and establish and nurture client relationships
- Identify emerging markets and market trends while being fully aware of new products and competition status
- Provide leadership, coaching and guidance to the sales team, while fostering a culture of accountability, professional development, high performance and ethical behavior
- Perform other related duties as assigned
Qualifications
- At least 3 years commercial or industrial outside (Business to Business) sales experience
- Confident, aggressive lead generator - hunter mentality
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Successful previous experience as a sale representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets, top performer
- Excellent time management skills to include prioritization of tasks, communication, and execution to meet established deadlines
- Excellent customer service, communication and multi-task skills
$11.50/hr PLUS
2% of any parts & Service &Rentals & Tires
30% of gross profit on new units
5% of total value on used Forklift & equipment
Job Type: Full-time
