Duties
- Provide administrative support to ensure smooth office operations.
- Manage office email correspondence.
- Organize and maintain files, both physical and electronic, ensuring easy access to information.
- Assist with proofreading documents for accuracy and clarity.
- Perform data entry tasks and maintain computerized records.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements as needed.
- Invoice Work Orders on a daily basis and submit onto various platforms
- Collaborate with team members on various projects to enhance workflow efficiency.
Experience
- Previous experience as a personal assistant or in office management is preferred.
- Proficiency in computer software applications, including word processing and spreadsheet programs.
- Strong typing skills with attention to detail for accurate documentation.
- Excellent organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Experience in customer support roles is a plus, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with filing systems and clerical duties will be advantageous.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
