Position Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our customer base. You will engage with clients, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions that enhance their experience with our products and services. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to build lasting relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage distributor sales activities and provide the direction, leadership and motivation required for the proper sales execution
- Develop and attract new customers within sales territory
- Provide distributors with product awareness
- Attend and participate in all company required on-site sales and training meetings
- Work with Inside Sales team to help manage and effectively support our customers
- Verify orders with customers including receiving information, discussing orders and credits with customers
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid Driver's License
- 3 Years Business-to-Business (B2B) sales experience
- Experience in beverage sales
- Experience working in the alcohol, tobacco and/or vape industry
- Sales ability with an assertive, positive, and persistent style
- Ability to self-source your own leads through networking and research
- Must be able to meet and exceed sales performance goals and execute good time and territory management
