Safari Helicopters, is seeking a full-time, Van driver/Ground Agent who is friendly, a dependable team player and responsible. Applicants should be able to follow directions, be able to speak concisely, clearly and with a good command of the English language, as you will be required to give a safety briefing before each flight. Job Summary
The Ground Agents role is responsible for loading and unloading passengers for their helicopter. Wash company vans. Must have a current driver's license and be able to provide a clean driver's abstract as we do provide courtesy shuttles for passengers. Must be able to obtain all State and Federal Security badges. Ideal candidates must be able to work a flexible schedule and 10-hour days, at least one day of the weekend and some holidays.
The Line Personnel role also includes:
Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional
Anticipate and address customers’ service needs; assist individuals with disabilities; thank guests with genuine appreciation
Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others
Comply with quality assurance expectations and standards
Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects without assistance
Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors.
Drug test and background check may be required

Required Education: High School or equivalent
Required License or Certification: Drivers License (and reliable transportation)
