Schedule:
- Evening Shift: 4 PM - Midnight
- Full-Time: Monday to Friday
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning is preferred.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise and motivate a team effectively.
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, and safety protocols in a cleaning environment.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
What You’ll Do:
- Ensure overall cleanliness of the assigned facility
- Supervise and support a team of cleaners
- Order and manage cleaning supplies
- Address and meet customer needs promptly and effectively
- Perform cleaning tasks including:
- Disinfecting work surfaces and high-touch points
- Collecting and disposing of garbage
- Dusting, vacuuming, and mopping
- Cleaning restrooms
- Managing large area cleaning tasks
