- Oversee daily cleaning operations to ensure high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Manage customer service interactions, addressing any concerns or feedback promptly.
- Ensure compliance with contracts and service agreements related to cleaning services.
- Coordinate with management to optimize cleaning schedules and resource allocation.
