Experienced Pool Cleaning Technician

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Pool Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and cleaning residential and commercial swimming pools. This role requires a strong mechanical knowledge and the ability to work independently while ensuring customer satisfaction through high-quality service.

Duties

• Perform routine pool maintenance tasks, including cleaning, chemical balancing, and equipment inspections.
• Utilize hand tools and power tools for equipment repair and maintenance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to pool equipment functionality.
• Maintain accurate records of service visits, including work performed and any recommendations for repairs or upgrades.
• Communicate effectively with clients regarding pool care needs and provide guidance on maintenance practices.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards while performing all duties.

Experience

• Previous experience in pool maintenance or as a service technician is preferred.
• Strong communication skills required.
• Experience with LSI, pool cleaning techniques and equipment repair is preferrred.
• Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and prioritize tasks effectively.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $48,000.00 per year
