Creative World School, a premiere early childhood education center, is hiring a Director in Naples, FL.

As the Executive Director of our Naples school, you will manage the daily operations and create a culture where early learning is at its best. You and the Assistant Director will work together to support our licensing, accreditation, and brand standards. Enjoy daily active classroom interaction with the children when relieving teachers for short periods of time. Embrace creative learning as it’s the key to our school’s success! As a franchise with multiple school locations and with more locations opening soon, we are fully supported by Corporate with curriculum and operational processes that create a high-quality accredited school environment.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES :
- Lead the way in relationship-building with teachers and families while creating a positive team spirit throughout your school.
- Oversee the planning and development of activities to meet the physical, emotional, intellectual, and social needs of the children.
- Plan, organize and establish an environment that reflects Creative World’s philosophy and that also meets state licensing requirements.
- Supervise, monitor, and evaluate the implementation of planned curriculum activities.
- Monitor classroom record keeping and documentation of children’s portfolios.
- Market school in the community to build and sustain enrollment of children.
- Conduct facility or virtual tours with parents.
- Manage and work cooperatively as a team member with employees by communicating and contributing information needed to run the school successfully.
- Recruit teachers that embrace our education philosophy.
- Work effectively with staff to achieve and maintain profitability and accreditation of the school.

Creative World School will reward your management talents with a total compensation package of $50k-60K, that includes a competitive base salary, incentives, and childcare benefits. Paid vacation and health benefits are also provided.
