Wesmar Company, a food safety and sanitation company, is hiring Sales and Service Managers for the Seattle or Portland territory.
OPPORTUNITY : As our Sales and Service Manager, you will manage and support our account and service managers for our cleaning and sanitations teams. This role is hands-on, with regular fieldwork alongside your team to ensure targets are met and to provide guidance and support where needed. Reporting directly to the Senior Director of Sales, you will play a key role in building and developing a high-performing team that maximizes productivity and delivers outstanding results.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES :
- Hire, train, and manage a qualified sales and service team.
- Set clear performance goals and KPIs for the team that fosters collaborative and results-driven culture.
- Conduct regular team meetings to discuss progress, challenges, and development.
- Mentor team members to improve performance, monitor sales / service activities, and provide technical and sales training.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through excellent service, proactive engagement, and effective problem resolution.
- Drive sales growth to meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Expand the customer base and create new business opportunities.
- Optimize sales and service processes for efficiency and quality.
