Safavieh is looking for a proactive, personable, highly motivated, and organized Store Manager. We are interested in a retail manager who has a passion for driving sales to join our team of hardworking sales and interior designers. Safavieh managers are business-minded people responsible for managing the daily operations of the store and achieving monthly sales goals. Our current opening is in our Norwalk location.
Responsibilities :
- Ensure the store meets and exceeds sales goals.
- Prioritize & plan daily agendas to meet business goals and hold the team accountable to achieve those goals.
- Drive brand loyalty by leading outstanding internal and external customer experience.
- In partnership with the District Manager, recruit, interview, and select qualified candidates to build a balanced staff.
- Leads and inspires customer-centered culture by recognizing and rewarding team.
- Conduct monthly one-on-one meetings with staff on strengths and areas of opportunity.
- Communicate merchandising concepts and trends to the staff.
- Ensure store standards are met and maintain cleanliness, safety, etc.
