Safavieh is looking for a proactive, personable, highly motivated, and organized Customer Service Manager. Responsibilities:
· Professionally handle incoming client requests via phone, email, and live chat, ensuring that issues are resolved both promptly and thoroughly.
· Attend to escalated customer service issues and ensure effective and long-term problem resolution
· Establish workflows, best practices and standards to ensure that ongoing support is provided to contact center staff
· Track and monitor daily team workloads to ensure client and operations expectations are met
· Provide coaching, training, professional development and performance management to assigned staff
Qualifications:
· 5 years of experience in customer service, or call center.
· Exceptional Communication skills, adept at confidently presenting robust and thoughtful solutions to clients, and communicating effectively with stakeholders,
· Data Literacy, comfortable working with and interpreting data sets to derive insights and build compelling narratives.
· Strong written and verbal communication skills.
· Bachelor’s Degree

· $30.00/ hour30*2080
