We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Associate to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about design and have a keen interest in retail sales. The Associate will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer experience by providing exceptional service, assisting with product selection, and ensuring that the store layout is optimized for sales. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with customers.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain a professional appearance in alignment with the company’s dress code and brand image standards.
- Provide a welcoming client focused environment, including best in class service across in-person, over the phone and electronic interaction
- Act as an inspiring and motivating leader, fully engaging customers and team members to drive growth and long-term profitability.
- Maintain a clean, organized sales floor, checkout area, fitting rooms, and stockroom, ensuring a safe and welcoming space for customers.
- Collaborate with the sales and management teams to resolve client issues effectively, ensuring positive business outcomes.
- Demonstrate ownership and commitment to achieving results, while staying informed of personal and store metrics
- Develop personalized sales and client experience strategies in partnership with the management team.
Qualifications:
- 2 years of luxury retail experience
- Proven track record of success in sales
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work as part of a team
- In-depth understanding of luxury brands, fashion trends, and home styling techniques
- Availability to work weekends and holidays as needed
Compensation:
- $20.00/ hour commission
