- 2-3 years of relevant experience in high-volume digital image post-production workflow
- Possess a production mindset with a focus on repeatability and consistency
- An extensive portfolio of retouching
- Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Bridge and Capture One
- Strong knowledge of color theory
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong communication skills
- Work well in a team based environment as well as thrive independently
- Ability to organize large groups of images and data
- Experience in interior photography a plus
- Ability to read, write, and speak English
- Salary range is between $55k - $65K depending on experience
